The Development Assistant plays an important role in supporting the mission of our organization by helping maintain accurate donor records, ensuring timely donor acknowledgment, and contributing to the planning and execution of fundraising events during the summer season. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and interested in nonprofit development work. This position reports directly to the Development Director.

This is a part-time position averaging 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed. Compensation is commensurate with experience and ranges from $30–$35 per hour.
